Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Xells LLC (“Xells Advisors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, submit a form, book a call, or otherwise interact with us. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.
01
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you fill out our contact form, book a call, or communicate with us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, and anything else you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring source, and interactions with the site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
Advertising and analytics data. We use advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel, to understand how visitors find and use our site and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may collect information about your device and activity on our site and associate it with your advertising profiles on those platforms.
02
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- Schedule, confirm, and remind you about calls and appointments;
- Provide, operate, and improve our services and website;
- Measure and improve our marketing and advertising;
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
03
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and related communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
04
Scheduling and third-party tools
We use third-party tools to operate our business, including scheduling and calendar tools (such as Google Calendar and our customer-relationship platform) and communication tools. When you book a call or contact us, your information may be processed and stored by these providers on our behalf. We also offer an optional “Ask AI” feature that opens a third-party AI chat (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity) with context about us; if you use it, your interaction is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy, not ours.
05
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the site functions. Where required by law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
06
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (hosting, analytics, advertising, scheduling, communications), under obligations to protect it;
- Advertising platforms as described in Section 1, to measure and improve advertising;
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Xells, our clients, or others;
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
07
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
08
Your choices and rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the email below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
09
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites and tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
12
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
